NOTES:

-Skirting, backdrops, side panels, and lights are teh responsibility of the exhibitor.

-Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.

-Set Up begins October 9th 2009 at 9am and must be placed by October 9th 2009 at 4pm.

-Plant Entries must be completed by 3pm October 9th, 2009

-Tear down will be 4pm-5pm Sunday, October 11th.

-By hitting the submit button, the exhibitor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the exbibitor's activities on NHG premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless NHG, its agents, employees and the Greater North Texas Orchid Society, its officers and members from any losses, damages and claims.
