NOTES:

-Skirting, backdrops, side panels, and lights are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

-Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.

-Set Up begins April 8th 2011 at 9am and must be placed by April 8th 2011 at 4pm.

-Plant Entries must be completed by 3pm April 8th, 2011

-Tear down will be 4pm-5pm Sunday, April 10th.

-By hitting the submit button, the exhibitor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of the exbibitor's activities on Texas A&amp;M premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Texas A&amp;M, its agents, employees and the Greater North Texas Orchid Society, its officers and members from any losses, damages and claims.
