Volunteer for the show

This form allows you to sign up for volunteering at the show.
You will receive an email with confirmation and responsibilities for the show to be a success... we count on you!

You will also be informed about responsibilities at our October meeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Smile
- Help with show set up
- Help with Exhibitors / Vendors move in. This includes helping the vendors load / unload their plants and transport to the vending area
- Help with the GNTOS exbibit
- Help Tear down and clean up at the end of the show.

RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU WILL be assign to a job when you show up for the timeslot selected. Depending on volunteers, it can be one or more per below:
-For every Job: Remember to smile! :)
-Manning the "Welcome to the show table"
-Walk around the show and ensure visitors don't touch or take plants from the exhibits.
-Answer questions to visitors (Remember, you know more about orchids than any visitor!)
-Walk round vendor's area. Ask vendors if they need help with anything.
